It’s a threshold.
A pause long enough for your nervous system to soften. A container spacious enough for truth to surface. A day where you stop planning who you should be next year and begin embodying her now.
A Day to SHIFT 2026 is for women who are done carrying identities, expectations, and rhythms that no longer fit.
Not because they’re broken. But because they’re evolving.
Most women enter a new year mentally, not somatically.
They make plans from their heads while their bodies are still holding
• exhaustion
• grief
• unspoken resentment
• over-responsibility
• old versions of themselves
This day exists to change that.
To let the body catch up to the vision.
To release before you reach.
To become before you do.

 Flow of the Day
ARRIVAL & GROUNDING
You arrive slowly by 10am. No rushing. No performing.
Tea. Soft hellos. Time for your body to land.
This sets the tone: you don’t need to impress here.
WITNESSED IN CIRCLE
We begin in circle.
Not with job titles or surface-level introductions but with who you are beneath the roles you’ve been holding this year.
INNER FLOW YOGA
A slow, grounding practice designed to:
• discharge stored tension
• soften armour
• bring you out of your head and into your body
This isn’t about flexibility. It’s about letting go of what your body no longer wants to hold.
FAREWELL
Guided breathwork, reflection and journaling to consciously release:
• outdated identities
• habits rooted in survival
• expectations that were never yours
VISION BOARD WORKSHOP
This is not a Pinterest-perfect vision board.
You’ll create a sensory, intuitive collage that reflects:
• how you want to feel in 2026
• who you are becoming (not what you’re chasing)
• the pace, values, and energy you’re choosing
Not to explain. Not to justify. But to be witnessed.
This moment alone changes how women speak about their desires.
TAPPING
A guided tapping (EFT) to meet the version of you in the becoming not the one who has it all figured out.
You’ll feel:
• how she moves
• how she rests
• how she makes decisions
• what she no longer tolerates
This anchors your vision in the body.
YIN & NIDRA
Deep rest.
This is where the work settles into your nervous system. Where the body integrates what the mind can’t force.
CLOSING CIRCLE
We close in circle and anchor with written clarity around:
• what has shifted
• what you are choosing differently
• who you are committing to be
Not with hype, but with grounded presence.
You’ll feel content, steady, and quietly confident.

There will be plenty of time to eat, rest, walk, and connect.
This is where sisterhood forms naturally. Where conversations deepen. Where nervous systems co-regulate.

This day is held in a beautiful family run estate set in the stunning countryside of East Kent, a place I’ve dreamed of hosting women in for years.
Picture yourself in:
• expansive grounds (even in winter, the land holds you)
• a warm saloon for long conversations and integration
• a space that invites slowness, presence, and honesty
You will feel the difference the moment you arrive.
