A Walk & Talk 1:1 with Katrina

River Chats are relaxed, honest, walk-and-talk 1:1 sessions designed for clarity, connection, and movement — literally and energetically.

Every Wednesday at 3pm, I take my river walk.
You’re invited to walk with me.

 

What this is

A once-off, low-commitment 1:1 conversation where we talk things through while moving our bodies and breathing fresh air.

We start with cameras on (optional) to say hello.
Then cameras off, phones away, and we walk.

No pressure. No prep. No performance.

Just presence.
