Life is too short to be living someone else's life.
As an accredited NLP Life Coach, tapping instructor, yoga teacher, and soulful business mentor, I use my understanding of the human mind & body and my passion for living life to the fullest to empower others to step into who they really are, enter their wildest freakin' era and create a ripple impact & income doing what they love.
I've had my share of busy schedules, spending 12 hours in studios as a professional contemporary dancer, teaching 20 yoga classes a week while being a part-time barista only to miss out on social events or family milestone I wanted to be a part of and constantly thinking whether I'll ever pay off my mortgage.
