If this is your first time joining me in an in-person experience, welcome to the magic!

A lil bit about me if we haven't met yet...

Most would describe me as a yoga teacher, embodiment coach, tapping instructor, soulful business mentor, rebellious daughter, cool auntie, and small business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that.

And so are you.

Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we deserve.

I have been hosting yoga & wellness retreats since 2019, from South Africa, to Wales, Kent, and little corners of Europe.

I am however, so excited for you to join me in Corfu, my soul home, for an incredible experience where you get to meet like-hearted individuals.

Where you get to come as you are and simply breathe.

There's just something about real human connection that deepens our soul that we can not ignore, that is why I will never stop holding space for you (plus! I love traveling)

When the pandemic hit, I went from having a full-time salary as a yoga teacher to £0 overnight.

It forced me to start my business.

I wish I can tell you that it was an overnight success, but it wasn't.

It took me 3 years to go from £500 months to £5K months.

Year 4 in biz, I decided to go ALL in in my business, break the rules, and do it MY way. I didn't hit my goal of £100K but my 1:1 was sold out, I have clients that stay in my world for 2+ years, I was traveling every month, I'm obsessed with my offers, and selling felt easy. I invested in my highest mentorship and surround myself with empowered business owners, and most importantly I have been the happiest. And honestly, it just feels RIGHT. This is what I'm meant to do.

This happened not because of some secret strategy... my success is down to deciding who I want to become from DAY 1 and showing up every single day as that person no matter what.

And guess what, I'm still here and I'm entering year 5 in business manifesting £15K+ months, donating to charities, and creating a bigger impact than ever.
