Life is too short to run a business that doesn’t feel like yours.
I’m an accredited NLP Life Coach, tapping instructor, yoga teacher, women’s health coach, and cyclical business mentor. I help leaders step fully into the identity that builds forever clients, craft premium experiences, and create businesses that evolve with them (not the other way around).
I know what it’s like to hustle, burn out, and feel stuck in a system that doesn’t honour your life.
I’ve spent years teaching 20 yoga classes a week, dancing professionally, juggling multiple jobs, and wondering if I’d ever pay off my mortgage.
When the pandemic hit, my full-time income disappeared overnight.
Starting from £0 forced me to create my business my way, and it was messy.
